A friendly reminder: Effective June 1, 2001, Bleu Jay no longer offers direct support for Bleu Jay Systems running Windows NT 4.0.

We have come to this decision based upon Microsoft's February 1, 2001 announcement that Windows NT 4.0 has reached the end of its Product LifeCycle (entering the "Extended Phase") and that direct support would be discontinued. Microsoft will continue to offer direct pay-per-inquiry support and direct support contracts for this Operating System.

The products and Bleu Jay Systems affected are:

Bleu Jay Systems Galaxy I and Galaxy II, DVD Creation Station, MPEG Encoding Station, and DV Creation Station
Matrox DigiSuite Family
Optibase MovieMaker Family and DVD Fab!Xpress
Inscriber Family

If you have not chosen to do so already, we encourage all customers to plan an operating system upgrade to Windows 2000 as soon as possible. We have tested and certified all of the systems listed above as being compatible and fully operational with Windows 2000.

We regret any inconvenience that this may cause and will work with each customer toward a successful upgrade to Windows 2000.
